Losing weight for me isn't a problem, gaining is - 1 five minute mile and its all good, my advice Zezi (though not professional advice or anything like that ofcourse) is just to run a certain length and every few days or week try to beat the time, you won't even notice the calories being burned after a while and you'll gain some good stamina
That's called working on your cardio unedicated man, there are easier ways to burn fat without pushing yourself too hard, but MORE TO COME
