Losing weight for me isn't a problem, gaining is - 1 five minute mile and its all good, my advice Zezi (though not professional advice or anything like that ofcourse) is just to run a certain length and every few days or week try to beat the time, you won't even notice the calories being burned after a while and you'll gain some good stamina
