Why LVP management is half dead?

I'm only talking from my point of view here though, its my job to develop the game mode and nothing else. If someone is majorly breaking the rules and its affecting others' gameplay then obviously it will be dealt with but as long as the few players we do have connected are happy I don't mind letting the odd minor rule break slip by.
