Nah, you don't want soldiers coming out of Iraq or Libya to serve in the streets of London. That would only make things worse, they'd see al qaeda everywhere and start going bezerk.

I'm sure you guys have enough soldiers left...

No we don't have much of an army left at home. The cuts to the army and MOD has been deep. Their numbers are lowered greatly as is their supplies and equipment. I doubt what we have left at home will do much of a better job than the riot squad.
