Cheating means ONLY using real cheats.

Killing on the ship, "abusing" commands etc. is not cheating and therefore should not be punished, it's GTA sons.

Maybe that's what you think, but what is meant by cheating is to gain an advantage over other players by breaking the rule, for example just one rule like you stated above, decreasing your enemies' health / armor while they're standing on the ship so you can easily kill them when they step off the ship, while rule states you can't shoot players on the ship...therefore you get kicked and player count decreases

Perhaps the peace zone is bothering a lot of regulars, but it's also a pretty nice safe place for newbies to earn cash at and earn themselves some peace.
