Rofl that statement is as funny as it is true. Every year the authorities say we're prepared and equipped to deal with the meagre snow we get, and every year they get caught with their pants around their ankles when a whole 1 inch of snow falls and the country literally grinds to a halt.

Same in Holland, lol.

Was supposed to rain today but apparently that's snow now.
