Damn, the new gang system is f*cking awesome! Nice job indeed. Keep up the good job! Today it was pretty fun. 
The only suggestion that I have for now is to let it have the possibility of create temporary and permanent gangs. Surely there will be people who will not even be registered, so why would they join a permanent gang? There are also people who just don't have clan or are always changing of gang with new friends, thus I think temporary gangs would be useful. As far as I know if there are only 100 slots to save 100 gangs, it will get full pretty fast.
So:
/gang create (the normal one) should be to create temporary gangs.
/permgang create should be to create permanent gangs.
