Haven't noticed too much cold yet.
In the morning I start my car, go back inside, drink a cup of coffee, get my stuff and then after about 15 minutes I find a totally unfreezed car which is nicely warm inside
Winter tyres don't have any problem with the 'snow' here.
It's just the way you deal with it. Winter can be nice.
(although it's fucking cold when I have to walk the 20 feet to my car and back to the house)
Edit: because everybody is affraid of snow and ice, they all travel with public transport. This means with 150km/h to school on empty highways.
