There was a screen saying that hardware has changed and i need to boot into safe mode or smth like that, but if i do it comes up with another screen, a blue one, saying:
"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated.
Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.
Technical information:
*** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF789E528, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)"
Please help me! All help is required.
BSOD (Blue Screen of Death), really... 90% of all BSOD issues normally rely in the harddrive, other than that it can be caused by damaged or incompatible hardware. The BSOD is a pretty hard issue to overcome sometimes, check all your cables and make sure they are plugged in firmly.
Another thing, if you recently added and new parts or drivers to your computer, maybe if you can manage to boot it into safe mode, run a system restore to remove the driver causing the issue. Also, check your ram, if you have mixed memory such as "DDR2 667 and DDR2 blah blah" running at a different speed, some motherboards will actually run slower, and can cause a few issues.
One other thing that may cause the BSOD (also harddrive related) is that you could possibly has corrupt data. (That's why the screen says scan for virus's) The best solution for that really is to just back up your data and reinstall windows. But you can always throw some attempts to repair your pc, for example running a register cleaner such as CCleaner and run some scans with it.
I'm not the best with the BSOD, but this is normally what I do in this case.
