I ran 30m in 4.45 seconds in the gym on thursday  :o (y)
Gonna do it faster next thursday xD Have to beat this faggot who gets an orgasm every time he wins  >:)

But 4.45 sec on 30m sounds kinda slow tbh :S Like, 10sec is kinda slow at 60m, and 4.45 x 2 is 8.9 seconds
Guess its the start that counts alot on that distance, 30m
