Yes its a way to have a CW without having scores xD Nowadays there are almost no CWs because ppl only want TCWs  :+
It's kinda lame. Sure it's good training but so are real CWs. Its just a new trend as u say, everybodys doing it, mostly because people are afraid to lose i guess. ( Not saying we're any better )
