You have too many mods for your game + pc to handle or you have a particular mod that the computer / your GTA doesn't like.
Back when I used to make mods I had this problem once. Due to me not fighting much back then it didn't matter...but flying a stunt plane in an invisible forest isn't nice.
(Just uninstall the mods and install a couple at a time).
