Hmm I never understood .dat, what can you actually edit and what does it change? All I heard is that it's "hacking"

You can change pretty much anything regarding the weapons and how they behave in the weapon.dat file. It's cheating when someone alters it to gain advantages above others; however, when everyone has the same settings then it's not cheating.
