The best member is JAY, because without him this server doesn't existed, I'm sad to cannot vote for him now!
Who managed the voting could manipulate because needs to validate or invalidate each vote to prevent people to vote for theirself, and to correct votes for best crew / best management members because some people confuses it, also to add votes received by a single person who used multiple nicks. Now after seeing the results, I don't think that anybody manipulated anything in bad ways (according his wishes).
