This pill should be put in like a place not full of people (as said on top) but making a /taxi pill is fuckin ridiculous. But what u could do is maybe create a minigame where a player gets a pill, then runs with it (if a person gets in a vehicle, they will lose the "energy" that the pill gives) to a check point or something like that.
