My time on Las Venturas Playground has been vast and fun. What I find really weird is that I can remember the first time I was here, and the people I joined ingame. However, my mind gets a little hazy around the middle. So some of the information here may be in the wrong order etc. But it all happened. Las Venturas Playground was one of the first servers I ever played on. not to mention the only server I still play on. I didn't usually play very frequently, and it was quite funny to - during my biggest stage of inactivity - to go ingame and be asked questions like, "Are you a new admin?", "Is benbmyers an undercover name?" but there's not really much I could do about it. I don't actually play a lot of games, I was just fascinated by people being able to play Grand Theft Auto online. by being able to re-code games and use them for things they weren't intended to be used for. Which is why I think I have stuck around here for so long.
At first. I was interested in gangs. for a group of people I could continually meet. My history of gangs/clans ranges from ColdThugZ, to Grumpy Grannies, B&A, [HsG], [SaW] and finally, [P].
I learned most of the tricks of SA-MP from ColdThugZ leader, Grove. (Now Jay) and eventually Makaveli once he joined with us. I had a lot of fun whilst in that gang, but I think eventually I just got bored. After a while, I became a part of B&A. Another one of the servers famous gangs. One of the most fun I've had whilst playing SA-MP was when me and Ronald_McDonald used to go to the training server and battle at the fightclub. We must have had +100 or so fights, and I don't think I beat him once. That being said, I wouldn't have been half as good as I was without his help.
Flash forward about a year and a half later, and I was completely different. by this point I was unaware that I was about to become a part of the LVP crew as a moderator. But by this point my fighting skills were at a reasonable level, and this caught the eye of one player, Hector. He asked me to join [SaW], and by a few weeks of training with him, I found myself within the clan. Sadly though, the clan disbanded after a short period of time, leaving most of us leaving to join <P>. Which eventually led to the same outcome.
so, that was it for my gang/clan history. As I mentioned before I was about to become a part of the LVP crew. And that's where I have spent the rest of my time in SA-MP. It's quite weird to think all these people that I have spoke to frequently for three years, I don't know anything about them. That being said, they are the one of the nicest groups of people I've spoken to ever.
