I think I've kicked for spawnkilling. Sure there is the spawnprotection, but some people constantly hang around the LV Police Station to get free kills. Using an RC Baron for it is even worse, easy killings 
Taking it out with a deagle, especially when you're a nab which most there are, is hard.
Anyway... I've seen the vehicles drop out of the sky sometimes as well. But isn't this just due to poor placement? Having the Z(I think height)-axis too high?
