@Munch: Same here, just to everyone else that wants quick, no bullshit workout for abs, because summer is pretty much here =]
Mine came pretty quick. I was always really skinny, still am, but started doing workouts, as a PE lesson, and noticed I had a little bump on my arms...was so proud. And then I started building it up and it's got me to where I am now. All I did was 100 situps every couple of weeks when I could be arsed, weight lifting and 10 press-ups every few hours. And before I knew it I could see what I thought at the time was 6 packs, was only 4, and very hard to see unless I work hard to see it, now I can see my 6 with ease and have mountains on my arms.
Am working towards 8 now.
