Do it for 4 minutes (not 3) every day, following only steps 1 to 3 for a month, most of you, except for the fat ones (looks at Maddolis) will have at least a 4 pack, when just tensing, not just after a workout when your blood is pumping faster.
But: non stop, no getting tired in those 4 minutes, and no letting your feet touch the floor!
I've done it for a month and there is definite results, from my old 'flat with lines' pack.
But I already got 6 packs, what do I need 4 for?!
