second, don't flame on the forums.

third, if you and those guys that do it wrong would do it right, fist etc. wouldn't have to say and complain about it everytime.

learn to write your times in GMT+0.. if your timezone is -5, then do +5 and you'll have the GMT+0 timezone... is that soo hard? i don't think so

btw due to summertime , europe as +1 hour so you'll probably have to do +6 instead if your country doesn't apply the summertime.

and if you still wonder what time it is in GB, then go to www.lvpradio.com/schedule.html and check the time written in the top left. According to -that- time, you should fill in the hours you wanna broadcast..
