My internet is like, mobile broadband so my mobile phone is my modem if you will. So this is what its called : Sony Ericsson Device 0017 USB WMC Data Modem.
Its a HSDPA Connection 3.6 mbps.

Yah xD I tried with No-IP and totall failed at life. But i can understand how NO-IP works and i will use it when i have this server shit sorted xD

Fist of all, dynamic or static doesn't matter. I had a homehosted server for 3 weeks with a dynamic IP.
Secondly, I'll try to search for a way to port forwards your ports. I only need the type of your modem. (Eg: D-Link DSL-504T)
