Agent, I would change this:
G.skill DDR2 4096MB 1100MHZ PI CL5-5-5-15,  < that is one bar of memory, if you buy 2 bars with 2048MB you can set them up dual channel which means the memory got more bandwith and works better. So imo you should go for 2*2048
