What the? Sound tricks then screen melting??

No idea why this is in Open for Discussion, but anyway:

I don't think admins can remove your sound, not make your screen look like that.
I seen it before, I think it's a bug with the weather, changing the weather should fix it, afaik.

It is possible for admins to do that to your screen. I should know, I've done it too people on a server xD
