Right, I want an explanation why are admins playing with random admin commands at the server. First of all, someone played with the sound, every player lost their sound for some minutes, then back again, then again lost and so on, I saw in the main chat how some people complained, at first I thought it's my problem but then I figured out that I'm not the only one. Second someone put a 'melting screen' or how do you call it that I couldn't play, type in the chat and screen was fucked up. Here's a pic of the melting screen:

This happened 18.11.2008, around 20PM GMT +1. Oh and the admins who were in game were Barry and Twilight. Because of that my game just fucked up.

No idea why this is in Open for Discussion, but anyway:
I don't think admins can remove your sound, not make your screen look like that.
I seen it before, I think it's a bug with the weather, changing the weather should fix it, afaik.

It's actually a bad thing because I couldn't do anything than just CTRL + ALT + DELETE to open up my Task Manager and shut down SA-MP manually and get error afterwards.

I remember Peter saying that screen is caused by speedhacking, and, at that time, there was a speedhacker.

Gravity or weather can also cause it.
About the sound, that generally happens when SA-MP plays other music (e.g in the class selection or with /bakaurayou), maybe a filterscript or something was loaded which played an invalid sound id for every player, to block out all other sounds?

Back on MTA Race, going at high-speed caused this, like messing with handling.cfg and making the Accelerator engine like 9999, and some other things. And also cheating, and if you made a car really fast and use what was called s0beit ram, it did that then. But CTRL + ALT + DELETE wasn't so easy back then, and can be really common at times...on sa-mp it's rare and you can easily ctrl + alt + delete it no problem. I've had it on sa-mp at least once.
