EXTREMELY BIZARRE PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER.

Now on the odd occasion, I heard very weird noises coming from my speakers. Theres no explanation

Xfire off
TS off
Vent off
THERE ARE NO PROGRAMS RUNNING.

I've heard 2 people talking, a woman pouring a cup of water, men watching T.V (russians, and talking), groaning noises (sounded like Exorcist) and today. I'm hearing some random fellow yapping on about something  in a foreign language, and I can hear him clicking on his mouse. I managed to record him on Audacity, as I make this post. He is still yapping. I get this at complete random, its don't get it 24/7 or at a certain time etc.

That link you can download the 2 files (you will need Audacity) open them up and listen, U can hear the guy talking.
Can anyone figure what is wrong?

Edit: This guy whos foreign, does know the odd english word like 'Hello' 'STFU' and 'Fucking Hell' and 'What the Kidershikai' (Dont know what Kidershikai is, but I understood 'What the' ).

Note: If I have a virus, I'm sure my PC would be dead by now. I ain't heard of a 'musical' virus before xD
