It's not an unique name, so this is always possible.

But..:

He doesn't have any stats, which means that this account isn't been ingame for.. well, how long are we saving stats now, 1.5-2 years.

<&Nakebod> !changename Darius Darius_Old
<&Nuwani> * The player 'Darius' is now known as 'Darius_Old'!

So the name Darius is available again.
And to prevent registering it again by someone else:

<&Nakebod> !changename [UvH]Darius Darius
<&Nuwani> * The player '[UvH]Darius' is now known as 'Darius'!

So, have fun with your new fag name.

It's scary the way admins can just !changename...

If you piss one off you might one day find that you can't login!
