Age is an important thing ! , yes their can be people's that are 13 years , and acts like 18 years .
And it can go the opposit way too .

But , I theres one problem , didnt you guys thought about ppl that "lie" for their ages ? , say their 16 but they are 14 or somthin like that , you cant never catch that ..
