Alright, I get your point about the cop cars, pizzaboy and bus. But the thing is, we can't just leave out about 25 different models just because they're similar to others. Players do ask for specific vehicles sometimes. I agree with you, but my intention of including those vehicles was just to have a wide variety.

We've currently added 110 models in the new layout and the main server has 167 (/stats might be inaccurate, but I don't think it differs too much). Even if we were to add about 27 more, we'd end up with 137 models and approximately 1500 vehicles (currently, we have 1100+).

So after considering what you said, I don't think 26 more models should cause any problems.

Oh and also, I've mentioned a few vehicles from your list again because they can't be spawned in-game; not because I wanted to choose multiple models. I never realized the Monster truck part. Anyways, I've edited the list now.

We've already added vehicles everywhere. We just need the few vehicles I mentioned above to be added and we're done.

I guess you could say that. It mainly includes a lot of tuned vehicles and the rest have good colors.

I did add the same black & pink Bullet along with a Banshee there!

- Do not cram areas with loads and loads of vehicles. It can cause much lag

Just been in the test server. Standing by the ship I pressed F5:

84 vehicles in a range of 200m?
We don't even have 84 players in the whole map!

Quote:[01:15:43] <&Jay> There are _way_ too many vehicles crammed in LV
[01:15:53] <&Jay> I've only drove around a basic part of the city and there are huge amounts
[01:16:04] <&Jay> we're not a server with 500 players, there isn't a need for the amount that there is
[01:16:12] <&Jay> it causes huge fps drops for people on low end pcs
[01:16:41] <&Jay> which in essence cancels out the point of restricting models in the first place making the whole vehicle list process redundant
[01:16:51] <&Jay> unfortunately a lot are going to have to be removed
[01:17:34] <+Nuwoni> Message from Jay_: I did stress the importance of this in the topic

The figure in the picture should in most places, ideally, never be higher than 30...

LVP uses a lot of stunt objects that were custom made for SA-MP. These objects add additional textures. Together with textures from peds (players), explosions, bullets, and other generic things like fire, the game will become extremely laggy for people even with top notch PCs standing near the ship on a normal day. In addition, the new vehicle handler adds upgrades to some vehicles were saved, and will also add neons in the future, as well as even more textures displaying information regarding purchase of the vehicle (similar to the text above properties). All this will fry most players' PCs!

I guess we did fill up the strip area with too many vehicles. I'll delete most of the unwanted vehicles and try to keep a normal count.
I can't access the test server for some reason.
