Well Heaven is meant to be paradise, and walking around with arthritis and no teeth (besides false teeth) and whatever else isn't paradise. And likewise being a baby forever isn't paradise (unless you're STyL4) because it'd be so boring lying around crying.

If Heaven existed and is a paradise you'd probably be in the form of a 20-30 year old.

As for Hell...well I don't think Satan would enjoy poking his pitchfork up someone as described in the first example, so maybe you'd be in a similar age range.

You should know that there will be a scale for your deeds, the sins on a side and good deeds on the other.
every person will get rewarded/punished according to his/her deeds.
