As STyL4 said, wine represented something deeper back in those days. The wine from that time contained no alcohol. It was purely the juice of grapes. So what Isaiah 55:1 says is to yes, go ahead and celebrate when appropriate and drink wine and milk in order to create a better ambient (Social drinking and eating).
What Isaiah 5:22 says is to beware of those who drink TOO MUCH wine. As you may know, anything you eat or drink in excess is not good for your health (including too much water). The part of the men that mix drinks is self-explanatory.
Like I said before, if you have two paths to take, God will tell you which road is the good road and which road is the bad road. He then grants you freedom to chose which path to take.
I still consider it a sin.
"If a big portion made one drunk, then a small portion of it, is forbidden"
Also sometimes the drink can be so strong that it makes you drunk after 1 glass, If I drink it and I don't know that it's so strong and now i'm drunk, is that a sin?

Of course you are entitled to your opinion. I'm just stating what the Bible says.

Are we still talking about wine? Or are you referring to other types of beverages?
Alcohol has been around as long as fruit has, it produces naturally in the fermenting process... theres a funny video of some monkeys getting drunk after they stumble across a pool of water with an apple tree hanging over it, apples fall into water, ferment, monkeys eat apples, drunk monkeys. We didn't invent it, merely discovered it.
