@Gatt: do you know how to keep the blood when you shoot people and all, but not this fire thing...(ruins everything) I mean, when I fight against zaibatsu, it's impossible to see anything due to the constant nading, any idea how to remove the big BOOMs?

i don't think so, best to not have it if you DM alot
try and find another mod for the blood effects although I don't know any

I use Great New Effects, 1.4 or 1.5, not sure to be honest. But I think that includes some nice blood effects, plus it doesn't cause a noticeable drop of frames per second (at least for me).

However, it does include some serious explosion and smoke effects, which for a fighter can make it harder to spot/see your opponent - giving you a disadvantage. But I personally love this mod and the effects. Also it has an awesome crosshair.
