Let me enlighten you of the word "democracy". You can define the word "democracy" in many ways, the easiest one would probably be that you are free to decide and an action must be taken as the result of voting. Currently we have a democratic voting (or democratic rating). That means users are free to submit their votes, and an action will be taken, which will depend from the results.

So I wouldn't be 100% sure that nothing will happen.

I think it was my post regarding UvH on that topic, because he then edited a post on UvH site and told me to read it and I explained to him that he doesn't have to just stop posting on the site altogether, just not the stupid "#care" type posts.

If he stays true to his word and really does change (anything's possible) then I'll vote 2. If he doesn't then of course I'll say 1.

I think I'll wait until after his application for UvH gets decided, because if he gets denied then he won't have that influencing his behaviour.
