As someone already mentioned before, Evolution is nothing special in 1v1 duels. Hes rather easy to hit to be honest.

He's easy to hit because of high fps and almot no movement (rapid firing)
He also got a good computer

Exactly. This game isnt all about 1v1 duelling like many people like to believe
There are ALOT that makes you a skilled player, duelling is only one of them.

Basically, 1v1 duelling doesnt really prove whos a better player in general in this game, for obvious reasons.
I'm talking about skilled players here, and in this game EVERY skilled player can kill any other skilled player. It's too much randomness, because of sync and other stuff.

Everyone can kill Evo, but Evo can also kill anyone. If you can kill Evo more times than he can kill you over and over again, grats you're a better dueller.
But that does not make u a better player.

Individual skills
Teamwork skills
Leader skills
Aiming skills
Survival skills (tactics)
Being good at tactics in general
Understanding of sync and other important factors in this game / bugs
Driving 

You can beat someone with only one of those mentioned above, but still lack everything else. While your oponent is good at everything, but not good enough to beat u in a duel.
Whos the better player overall? Your oponent is.
