I was fighting this guy, and the first time he world abused, and the second time he did /kill
The screen shot says it all, I told him to stop doing it, and he did it again, unfortunately, there was no crew in game at that time to take care of it.

A bit late but you know the drill. Video sent to a crewmember in PM, or nothing will be done. Not to mention this is something that should be handled ingame at the time. And if there's no crew, try getting someone on IRC.
