Well we got the Regular, VIP, and Main-chat. Why not make a Non-english chat? Could just make it to where it is command enabled /thischat on. Pretty simple idea but I do see some issues with it such as talking shit behind peoples backs ect.

Gang-chat is normally the substitute for this.

I don't really see how this would work out for anyone, what's the point of getting messages you don't understand anyway? If you want to talk your own language you can always /call, /pm or gang chat, I think that's enough for now.

Non-English is like, a lot of languages. Putting all those people together in a chat (and thus excluding them from the mainchat?) wouldn't make it better. Rather worse as most of them at least speak a bit of English.
