Bootup problem

I've got some problems with my PC bootup and i hope y'all can help me.
When i turn PC on a screen comes in and says "BIOS recovery requested"
I have a picture:

It freezes right there and wont do nothing, i can't skip the screen aswell and go to BIOS options cause it wont let me use my keyboard :roll:
What should i do, please all the computernerds help meh!!!

Seems to me like the best thing to do at this point is to just format your PC

I don't think so. If he's getting that before anything's even booted up, it may not be anything to do with the hard drive.
You could try flashing the BIOS, that'll most probably fix it.

That all happend while i was flashing the BIOS, cause if not inserting the USB stick it keep spamming me "USB flash drive not found, retry will search it again in 3seconds"Or smth like that.

EDIT:
Btw this is my new PC's bootup and i'm using old harddrive, just incase it helps somehow...

Go into the bios and remove/lower USB down the list of boot options?

I cant enter the BIOS cause it wont let me use my keyboard, its connected but wont respond.

Is your keyboard a USB or that old thingy?
You should probably go for the old thingy, as they don't need any drivers to be installed.

Another tip, which doesn't concern this problem: Do NOT use an old HDD on a new installation, especially not on a new computer.

I'm using the old(PS/2) keyboard atm.

Why can't i use old HDD?
