and to clarify, I think Lamb of God and Machine Head are both great modern day American metal bands. just not godlike, but they represent metal well, and they play great in arenas.

I'd imagine Carcass (the band) was somewhat influenced by that CD

I really like Lamb of God and some godlike metal. I like Cannibal Corpse though

I dislike them (and nu metal obviously) but Down with the Sickness totally fits killing zombies and thus I don't dislike that song.
