@Darius: Apparently that's a sign that one priest creates for other priests in exchange of money, and the black man in the picture is the priest who makes them. Problem is, he isn't a priest, he's a scammer who creates those posters with those words that people ask, for $1,000.

@XiZ: He was trying to walk on those things but failed to realize that they were too big for the room he was in, thus resulting in him being in that position.
