Could be compression? Idk, doesn't look too bad, some mods are just made shitty. Like the authors spend alot of time making the actual mod and then when it comes to making the .txd, they fail.

2334523545 polygons can also make it look bad. If you have a mod with lots of polygons, it will suck polygons from the surrounding area, tree's, grass, roads, buildings, etc. and make your whole game look shit. ( Unless you have a supah 1337 PC ... unlike me )
