Guys, you need to realize that your chance to prove yourselves worthy of anything is what you do every day. Once you see that, you will think "geez, I better clean up my act." And don't give me "It's not my fault how others think about me" line. The fact is that it is your fault. You are the one who controls how you come off to people, and how you act around them. Keep this in mind: if you come off as an asshole in real life interactions, you can expect to come off the same way here.
