aaaaaaaanyways..
New version coming out soon for 0.3b, it's overall re-written. New features:
- Accurate GetPlayerFPS().
- The server now controls the FPS limits.
- All knife desync issues fixed.
- Taxis don't give you money! (omgomgomgomg..)

yeah indeed. it also gives the server an option for making it like in 0.2 where you hold tab and are able to aim/shoot.
