Re: Extreme Metal - Maka - 01-12-2012

Sweet man. Currently studying though when I was taking a break, I had a sudden urge for some melodic black metal.

In Lingua Mortua - Relinquish

At least I discovered that. Hail Norway!

Re: Extreme Metal - Maka - 01-13-2012

Also, I totally forgot if I had mentioned this already, but damn is this supreme power metal or what?

Solar Fragment - Inside The Circle

If you haven't checked them out yet, you totally have to. This tune has guests vocals by Hansi! Enjoy listening to the lyrics. You'll be amazed.

Re: Extreme Metal - Maddolis - 01-14-2012

...who were awesome btw.

Re: Extreme Metal - Maka - 01-14-2012

Asking if they put on a great show would be such a stupid question, heheh. I don't have any shows planned until PPM in April unfortunately, but then again, I kind of lack time too for them.

Re: Extreme Metal - Carcass - 01-14-2012

I've been digging this band alot lately. nu metal (korn) ripped them off so much

prong irrelevant thoughts
This cd is awesome so i guess i can't blame em. Their earlier stuff was like the missing link between crossover thrash and groove metal so overall a pretty influential band

Re: Extreme Metal - Carcass - 01-14-2012

edit: double post

Yeah I've only got local ones until then (although Sybreed are coming in early March- I don't listen to them but I may head up because it's a festival and two of the local bands playing are awesome).
Otherwise my closest international band/gig will be April with Iced Earth.
