Yeah it's definitely harder to tell with Da Hulk but still... the guy weighs 325 pounds and is massive.
Other people that size are generally 380-400lbs, ie OD Wilson:

Bodybuilders use synthol that's no secret but just to define the muscle a bit more, we're talking about low quantities here..

Hulk ain't using synthol imo, he's just not that cut (not so low body fat) just a strong mofo

it's not like it was easy for him to get big even with the drugs, so yeah he put lots of work into this. He is quite impressive indeed
