I can reproduce it easily. Just wait till you spawn in the login room , don't login before that , don't even open the chat window and everything will be fine. Patience is a virtue.

On my old server this bug re-occured due to several people logging in too early, just wait until you get the LVP login screen rather than the vinewood sign as Beethi pretty much said

as beethi said you have to wait until youre in the login room.. i have gotten this prob loads of times and that was due to my inpatience.

I think its pretty obvious that you have to wait until login room. Its not about that though, its about when your already logged in, you crash and reconnect and it half-logs you, so you end up being stuck at the vinewood screen but still being able to read chat ( sometimes )
