imo the easiest way to organize this would be making an IRC channel and telling everyone to come there. After the channel has enough people they could organize a time etc.

Get mIRC --- www.mirc.org

Connect to irc.gtanet.com on port 6667

Type in /join #[LVP]


You may have to register a nickname, to do so, type /ns register youremail yourpassword.
