It randomly happens, what the cause is, and if that cause is server-sided, I don't know.
I personally think it may be just your internet being laggy at the moment or so. I barely have this, but when I relog, it's all fine.

I don't login too early, and when I relog it'll say "You have been successfully logged in", but I still don't spawn.

I know this bug, it has happened to me before. It seems that this is caused by send a SendClientMessage before the player is properly connected. This should of course not happen, but it seems to do so every once in a while, not really something we can fix.

it happened to me before, just use /login when youre already on the login room not on the vinewood view

I always have this problem, due to experience i'd say its your net. As its always my shitty ass net that does it to me, i call it " half logged " as sometimes you can see people talking, and can talk but are at Vinewood screen. Also sometimes all you see is " join/leave " messages and can't talk, this is an internet issue i think ... for me anyways.
All i do is restart my net, reconnect to LVP, etc.
