Drive-bying isn't laming, it's a fighting style. It's not much different to fighting with sawn-offs, tecs, or walking weapons. You could say it protects the driver, but they only have a limited shooting space (the side of the car, or in front of a bike) and you can just run around the car blasting it. When the car is about to explode, they either die or lose a lot of energy (if they get out in time).
People who drive-by could say sawn-off fighters are lamers because they can shoot in all directions while the driver can't. They should get a car to make it even, but choose not to. And they can jump on higher grounds while the cars usually stay on ground level.

Drive bying health low then finishing on foot never used to be allowed, I remember DFL always being punished for it.
I think to make things fairer, two shot should be allowed.
I use it when I'm being drive byed, or if I'm fighting someone who constantly shiplames.

Player count keeps going down cause the Zaibatsu Corporation just doesn't give mercy to anyone. I mean half of the sLk boys don't even play with their tags anymore and go undercover cause otherwise we just mess up their ratio and stats.
