This mod kept failing for me. The map wouldn't load, or it would just load the "LOD" files, not the proper ones. Trees flash, other trees don't appear... weird stuff. I'm re-installing it on a clean San Andreas right now.

Yes. The decorations and lights are up in St John's and the Christmas music's all over the place. It brings me back to the school days when we were about to break up a week later...then I remember I've got another 5 weeks.
