Nice for a 1st movie, but perhaps Youtube had somthing to do with the bad quality! Youtubes buffers quick, But it suks! Try uploading it somewere else

fraps is tha best! (if u have a lot of disk space left)
and "register it "
und use the free (freeware form sourceforce) media coder, it can (de)code almost any fileformat

YouTube makes quality of movies bad. When you upload some HD movie to Youtube, its compressed, and the quality is lost.
