As it's dynamic, I'm 90% sure of that this is true. Dynamic in the case means that the site will be in live sync with the server, so you'll be able to see exactly how much it costs, and who owns it etc. etc.

I think it's just a design, because it looks quite complete (no rough edges, minimap on the bottom etc.).

It would be awesome to have that synched map. Would be cool to see all the properties that have been made. Although, it would be fun if some properties will remain secret.
